We were pleasantly surprised by the unexpected resolution of a small misunderstanding, which resulted in a free night stay and a complimentary trip to a faraway festival. The fab breakfast and friendly staff made us feel truly VIP. The convenient location near a supermarket and a short walk to town was a plus, and having our two dogs included in the price made it even better. The hotel also provided a bar/lounge area, a snack bar, and a lift for easy access. The off-site car park was a great convenience, and the hotel even offered free rides to a local restaurant when we needed a taxi. The spacious bathroom and the option for hiking and cycling made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also catered to those with special needs, offering wheelchair access and non-smoking rooms. the experience was absolutely amazing, and we would definitely stay here again!
